“Told as an emergency to straight to qmc a&e. I'm still waiting 23 hours later. Just moved from chair to chair. No sleep extremely poor care. Repeatedly told different things. Nothing followed up. I feel worse now than when I 1st arrived. If I thought I would be extremely ill I'd leave. Absolutely disgusting lack of care and consideration.”

About Queen's Medical Centre Campus

Queen's Medical Centre Campus runs a 24-hour accident and emergency department, open to all ages, on Derby Road in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, part of Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. It is also a designated Major Trauma Centre - the tier of hospital equipped for life-threatening injuries and complex emergency surgery, which is why ambulances will sometimes drive past closer A&Es to bring the most severely injured patients here. The wider site runs 40 listed departments and services, from Allergy services in hospital to Vascular services.

The Care Quality Commission rates it Requires Improvement, last inspected in April 2014.
